Beyond Chat: Practical View of AI Agents for Actuaries
AI agents are shifting AI from answering questions to doing work. This webcast is for actuaries across all experience levels who want a practical, jargon-free view of agents and how they can streamline everyday work with live demonstrations. We’ll demystify what agents are, why they’re useful, and how they can be integrated into day-to-day workflows used by actuaries.
By the end of this session, attendees will:
➡️ Understand the agent interaction modes
➡️ Understand how to apply agent creation and interaction tools such as Claude Code or Codex to plan and do work (not just coding!)
➡️ Leave with practical techniques for reusable agent-based workflows, prompting, and context management
