Problem
Hellas Direct is a Greek Insurance Company working to redefine insurance across underserved markets in Europe. Initially, when the team was still small, they relied on a Python‑based pricing engine that gave them a lot of agility, speed, and flexibility. However, as the company grew and expanded into new markets and products, the pricing team found itself spending most of its time on coding, execution, and end‑to‑end testing, instead of focusing on understanding risk and making strategic pricing decisions.
