This commitment goes beyond words. Women represent 30% of our team, 32% of our managers and 33% of our board, and we remained committed to advancing diversity at every level and across all teams. We assess all candidates fairly based on skills, experience and potential, because we believe diverse perspectives lead to better products and decisions.
In 2023, we took this commitment a step further by launching our Employee Resource Group for Diversity and Inclusion (ERG-D&A), a voluntary, employee-led community dedicated to fostering inclusion, belonging and awareness. From LGBTQIA+ inclusion and disability awareness to mental health and charity fundraising, our ERG brings people together around the topics that matter.
